Hey guys,
Strange issue. When a user records their personal greeting and a caller calls them, it plays the personal greeting but immediately plays the name greeting with the system stating they are not available.
Why is this doing this and how can I just make it play the personal greeting ONLY.
It confuses callers cause the personal greeting is already saying they are not available.
