Name first on caller ID display for IP Hphones

I have recently updated to 5.5. My 1220 and 2002 IP phones display the number first than the name. If the name is too long, the user needs to use the down arrow to scroll to the name display. Any way to reverse the order so the name appears first and scroll for the number? I know I saw the question before but can't find an answer if it can be done. If so how.
