name display

Hello Everyone,

Just wondering from my pabx cs1000e rls 5 running more than 6 month without any complain from the name length ,if anyone knows why, when I enter a name over 10 characters it will not display on the I2002 set , but on 3902 set no problem how many the characters they are ???

Just on IP phone ( from ip to ip or digital to ip ) I face this problem , but on digital to digital or ip to digital there is no problem!!!!

May want to look at your CPND set up in LD 95 specifically prompt MXLN (Max Length) not sure why its specific to causing an issue with your IP sets though

Can u switch off the call timer from the ip phone settings itself.
