2 extension was programmed for each ip phone as SCR for a hotel rooms ,a when we check in the room using hms400 ,the name appear just for first key , a doesen`t appear on the second key .
we programmed 2 extension for each room on hms400.
The property management system has to be programmed to associate the two DNs for the room. So when the guest checks in the PMS would actually send two CP (calling party) messages to the cs1000, one for each DN.
the guy wich works on Opera (pms) told me that he entered bothe DN`S .
EXAM . On our case we have 2 phones ,first one analouge second ip 2007 , key 0 on 2007 and analouge phone with DN 8101 , KEY 2 ON 2007 SET IS 71001 , 2007 HAS HTA , LHK 1.
IS this configuration write , do i have to use MARP here ?
You can confirm whether the opera is really sending the name for both DNs by turning on message monitoring.

When a guest checks in you should see something like this:
PT [STX]SE ST 8101 CH IN[ETX][BCC]19:00:00
PT [STX]SE CP 8101 "Steamer, Stanley"[ETX][BCC]19:00:00
PT [STX]SE ST 71001 CH IN[ETX][BCC]19:00:00
PT [STX]SE CP 71001 "Steamer, Stanley"[ETX][BCC]19:00:00
I'm only showing the messages from the PMS.
You may see that the second CP message isn't being sent or maybe something wrong with the format.
