I am using a Succession1000 system.
I am adding a new user to the "Station Administration".
After I add it all in, the new user doesn't get the users names appear when they ring people in the company, but if anyone rings her, it does display her name.
I have added the entry in a couple of ways, by allowing it to select the TN number for itself, or defining it by hand, neither seems to make a differnece.
I have submitted the change in the "CPND", but to no avail.
I'm fairly sure i'm adding the users in the correct way, but I may be missing something.
In station administration, should i put the location in by hand or should it pull automatically?

Cheers

I don't understand.
I don't get any errors, it all appears to work fine.
I hate to sound like a N00b but i'm a networker, with not a lot of phone system experience.

Where do i go to get the "set" ?

did you add the set at command level > REQ: new, is not those commands will not help

I use the OTM as a backup and for pass thru to Command line. I hate OTM.

In OTM when you bring up the set go to the Features . In there you will find the CLS that jpoole mentioned. I'm not fond of OTM but it has come a long way from Mat and it is good for people who do not understand the loads. The help files when you are in the overlay passthru is like always having the books in front of you and still lets me build sets and do service as if I were at a tty. If using TCPIP you can do this from the Browser interface as well.
