Name display using DPNSS

Does name display work over DPNSS network? it works o.k. "on switch" but doesn`t get displayed at far end. Net services are set o.k. Is any special settings needed for Key phones?? DBC213?

I'm afraid not.

The MD110 does not support name sending in the normal *100* DPNSS format.

You will have to use QSIG if you want to utilise this feature, although I think I'd rather stick with DPNSS and lose the name sending.

Thanks for this, so that makes the Meridian not able to do it or the MD110.I`m told the Realitis does?? time will tell.

Yes, Realitis (and iSDX) support name over DPNSS.

The annoying thing is that you can see the *100* coming into the MD110 on a signal trace, but the MD chooses to ignore it
