Name delivery on 5E Pri

Anyone had trouble with the name delivery when connected via pri with IFC of 5E?

if the office is set up to read your dch name display it should work. don't have a 5e interface at this site but have set it up in the past.. i would make sure (ld 96 enl msgi x) that i was sending names then contact the vendor that does the far end software...

Thanks for the info. All is well on outgoing but the incoming info (name) is missing. Nortel says all is correct and lucent says their end is correct so a little finger pointing. Go figure.

lucent make great paint,, enough said.. look at your incoming msg on the dch.. low traffice only.. load 96 enl msgi x with x=to the dch number.. you'll get a page per set up and another page per tear down.. under normal traffic you can't see the screen, just a blur.. under low traffic capture a few pages and see if the name are their.. then email that to the pointer of the finger
