Ok, here is the deal we had to blow away one of our customers NAMS 4.1 today for the reason of going to 4 digit with DID's.

After we did a re-install and then feature 983 then 266344.

Now when we try to log back in under F983 (10020000) the display says "not allowed" What the heck is that?

So no we can not build mailboxes or the AA.

Anyone know what that is and how to fix it.

I'm not sure about the "not allowed". You should be seeing "invalid password".

When you change dn length, the vm won't follow. You can still log in with the old password, and users will have to log in via "othr", enter their old mb and password to clean out their messages before you run a reinstall on the vm to correct the issue.
