Hi all, I have a NAM with copper ports not the fiber ports. I forgot which pinout and ports do I punch it down on the block. This looks like it is just a 2 port NAM. On of the old ones but it sounds like it is booting up when I power it on I just need to punch it down on the block and set up mail boxes for the station users.

Thanks!

Thanks Brian. Then I route all VM traffic to the DN ( in hunt ) of my choice or has the VM DN on the NAM already been preassigned?

You would be wise to if possible put the 2 copper ports of the NAM on a core KSU port i.e. 0101 thru 0132 When the NAM was first introduced, ITAS would not assist if you were on a non core port. This also helps in the event of a station module going down, then at least the NAM still works. Re the Sta DN only assign your traffic to the DN displayed when you do F 985. Also remove paging from the 2 DNs as well as handsfree or any line assignments
