MICS 6.1 w/ NAM 4.0. Users do not have the option to send the VM to another Mbox. Is there a problem with MICS 6.1 and NAM 4.0?

what do you mean by "dont have the option". What happens when you are on a call and you press feat986 ?

After they have listened to the message and decide it is for someone else, they need to send a copy of the message to another mbox. I have seen other systems that have a "send" option on the sets display while listening to the message. There is no "send" on the display, and it is not an option presented while listening. Only the standard erase message, save message, e.t.c.

When you are listening to the message "5" IS THE SEND COPY function. Then it options you to send it with or without an announcement.

check on what class of service you have assigned to the mailbox in question ...maybe thats the one which is causing the problem ...try 1, 7 or 13 (assuming default settings)

I was told that Rls 4.1 software on the NAM is needed if running 6.1 on the MICS.

tertel is right ...asper nortel 4.0 will not work with 6.1
