I have a client with a MICS and a NAM and occasionaly users are not getting their VM messages for up to 24 hours.

Does anyone have any thoughts of what the problem may be???

I have already checked the VM ports (8-port mail) and they are all working.

first and easiest step is to have the users clear out old messages. Hard Drive is getting full. Clean out the messages, get some space back.

I'm having the same problem with delayed voice mail messages for one specific person, who knows she was given two voicemails hours ago.

Do you mean that the person whose voicemail was delayed should clean out their voicemail messages? Or, everybody should clean them out? Also, usually when a person's mailbox is full, the system tells the person leaving the message this. But that did not happen in this person's case. Any ideas as to why?

Thanks!

Most of the time, just rebooting the v/m works. Maybe all you need is a v/m upgrade.

Everyone should clean it out, a hard drive only has so much space, you might think about an upgrade or new vmail but depends how many people you have and what type of vmail you have....consider it if a reboot does not help or if it helps but happens again in near future.
