NAM UPGRADE TO 4.1- SORTWARE/HARDWARE??

Can someone please clarify the part and part numbers necessary for upgrading a NAM to V4.1 Software? I have been given conflicting reports on the exact software packets and tools necessary for this upgrade, so any assistance will be graetly appreciated....

i believe its 32 meg of ram and a 2 gig harddrive if its a 3.0 ..cd/backpack... 4.0 may be just a floppy if its a 2.2 yopu need a 4x cd backpack keycodes needed for upgrade on all except 4.0 to 4.1.. i have no part numbers call nortel

You need 32 meg of RAM a 2 gig hard drive and a backpack. The upgrade is on the nortel site. You want the one with access and not the floppy update. If I remember right the download will be 300+ meg.
