Does anyone know if the NAM printer port is 1284 IEEE compliant. I have a customer that wants to extend the printer over Enternet to another location on the LAN. His product will work on doc matrix printers but not the NAM. The NAM has Cinphony I on it with a key, but Cintech swears that their key passes ALL pins thru to the DB25.
Any Ideas,
Thanks

Well let me tell you what I know. The LPT post is controlled by OS/2 Operating system. But the approach is wrong. Why not connect the 10 baseT to a LAN and print to a file? You will have to configure the IP address for that particular network and subnet within c:\mptn\etc\ppp.cfg
