I tried the directions in FAQ on how to check the number of channels on a NAM. When I press "feature, 915" it reads inactive feature? I can access Feature 981, 982 and 983.

Please help!

Do feature 9*1 to see your feature codes. It is rare but your Access2 code(F915) could have got changed.
Good Luck!!

Try Feature 919. That is what our system defaulted to when we installed it.

Actually if F915 doesnt work, then try f916, f917, f918, or f919

I have these on a bench, and every time a change the VM on an existing MICS it increments the number by 1. I bet you have changed the VM at least once and so the new one will answer to F916.
