nam boot disk

Hi all
i need to upgrade 2 nams from 4.01c to put on mics 6.0 xc i need a boot disk to do this...any suggestions, i have a back pack but no boot disk. customer is upgrading from 4.1 to 6.0 because of 3 rd t1 capability
