A little rusty at ACD programming,

We have a working Cinphony ACD version from around 2000
and are trying to program DID's onto it from a T1 for new groups. We can get the target lines to ring in on a set so we know that the digits are getting to the system, but we can't seem to get the ACD to pick up and distribute the DID calls. We have the digits programmed into the DID table and assigned to a group, but no answer. I think we are missing something simple. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you

what rel of acd..also try trunk prime to acd"nam dn"..just had same problem..remove programming of target lines..leave recieved digit programming on acd as is...or upgrade to 6.1 on ksu 3.7 on acd and upgrade vm"co-res nam to 4.1"
