Nam 8-Port Voice Mail, NOT ALLOWED!! thank you.

Hello, i'm trying to log into a Nam 8-Port Fiber V3G voice mail, and it says "NOT ALLOWED" how do i fix this? any help would be awesome! Thank you Brent.

use a 2-line display phone

I'm using a M7310, i also used a M7324, still the same. I'm lost one this one, never seen it.

What feature are you using to log in?

Well when i try to log in here is what i use.

Feature 983, then use 1020000, then it will read "not allowed", i even try 120000, 10020000, and so forth.

Is this a working voice mail?

Yes, it has a 4.1 software with a MICS T-1 setup and 6.1 on it.

When you do F983 do you get the Log In prombt or does it ask for a Password?

Are you trying to login to a Vmail box as Admin or user
