NAM 4.0 issue

I have a NAM 4.0 and just recently tried to add more voice mailboxes.

To my dismay, I received a message that said "Cannot Continue" right after I entered the service class for the voicemail box extn.

Does anyone know what this is all about or have seen this before, and how does one correct this issue. As always any help is greatly preciated.

Try rebooting the NAM by pulling the power.
This will force a chkdsk /f upon reboot and possibly correct the problem.
If this fails try the free upgrade to 4.1 to reinstall the NVM application and clear any corruption.
