Having an arguement with a co-worker about whether Nacho Cheese is a flavor of it's own or does any cheese used to create nachos. I'm not giving my opinion because I don't want to taint your's. Your thoughts?

Okay, I'm admitadly weak and cannot resist.

While nacho has a definition "a snack or appetizer consisting of a small piece of tortilla topped with cheese, hot peppers, etc., and broiled." nacho cheese does not. Based on the definition of a nacho I say any cheese placed on a nacho should merit the title "Nacho Chese".

Although I usually nuke mine as opposed to broiling them so I suppose my nachos are some sort of evolved nacho cousin.

I think I've forgotten this before.

Thanks, Don. I think I just threw up in my mouth a little bit.

I think what impressed me was the difficulty rating for the recipe - a 3 out of 5. Must be squeezing that mayo.

But what the heck is freshly squeezed mayonnaise?
That would be that bit of mayo that squeezes out of your sandwich when you bit near the edges. I hope:)

Just in case anyone really isn't familiar with what "freshly squeezed mayonnaise" means....

There has been a trend recently in condiments for bottles to have a cap at the bottom of the container for the ease of squeezing. For some reason, this seems much more "natural" with ketchup and mustard than it does with mayonnaise.

If that's a 3/5 for difficulty, what's a 1/5?

...Possibly, open can of [insert your choice here], consume direct from can - I assume that draining contents and placing on a plate would raise the difficulty level to a 2.

I've black-flagged that site just for presenting that recipe as edible. It reminds me of the college dorm recipe book, where you make tomato soup from ketchup packets, etc.

Second the mouth throw-up....
