I have programmed a NACD queue and it works fine for one ACD queue. For eg:

LD 23 have programmed the ACD and the NACD with the queue registered and the agents showing active:
ACD DN # 7750
TABLE NAME: D
Entry No Target ID TIMER value Status Registered
1 7900 0 ACTIVE OK

But I'm trying to program a new ACD queue 7751 to the same remote site but the queue is not getting registered. It's using the same route and D-channel via DSC code, as of 7900. But it will not register.

ACD DN # 7751
TABLE NAME: D
Entry No Target ID TIMER value Status Registered
1 7901 0 CLOSED

Anything that I'm missing?

No as long as 7901 is a valid number and can be dialed from the switch that you are programming NACD 7751 on.

Although I did just have a problem with 2 networked CCM 5's were I had to use a full UDP dial plan AC2,HLOC & LOC to get it to work (although it registered on a CDP dial plan it didnt pass calls back and forth correctly).

Thanks !!!!

Yes, I have heard about Nortel suggesting to use LOC with AC2 for CCMA.

I am able to dial 7901 from my switch which has the NACD queue 7751 and it rides over the D-channel to the remote end going to voicemail. Everything is in place : RDB/CDB PNI etc. works for one queue does not work of another... very strange.

7901 has agents logged in? closes usually means, no agents logged in.

Thanks for the response.
Think the first step is registering the queue and once this is done then when the agents register it should show ACTIVE instead of CLOSED. I may be wrong but is it not so?
Did a DCH trace trace and my main PBX is sending a facility reject. Don't know why:

But at the same time when I out the same remote queue (not registering one) in the other working queue the remote ACD queue registers.

Yep you right about not needing agents logged in it would still come up.
Out it put it back in but you've probably done that 10 times already.
If you delete both the NACDs then just put in the 7751, does it work? Just clutching at straws.

Thanks !!!! I got it resolved. There was a LSC code of 145 defined in the NET data. I had put this in to check whether I can do NACD with LSC and then I was to try LOC codes (when DSC was not working). I forgot to remove it. This was causing the issue. As soon as I removed the LSC code from the NET data and then "Outed" and added the target, the queue got registered.

Thanks for your reply,

Appreciate all your help
