After a long struggle I finally succeded in my A+ certification and now I am A+ certified.I do not know what to do now whether I should study N+ or CISCO Networking and if some one can help me and give the the advantages and disadvantages of each of them so that I can then make a better choice.

I would suggest using the Network+ exam as a warm up for CCNA. After the Net+, you will be about half way to the CCNA. The Net+ never expires. You can use it as an elective if you want to pursue any MS certs.

lemsion,

A+ and Network+ count towards the elective for MCSA, but does not count as the elective towards higher Microsoft certs (MCSE and MCDBA). It is a good warm up for CCNA however.
