Mystique jam in 850DP 1

Hi,

Every time the startup page(it doesn´t come any further)prints it stops just before the drum in height with the rapaid relese guide blade. The printer reports "Media Jam - open front cover to clear". I have checked the sensores on the circuit bord on the right in the printer. Is there more sensores that I haved missed? I've also checked for paperparts. I've got a feeling that it's a "flag" problem. The last codes that is registred is 22.512.14 and 22,506,06.

Please can anyone help me?

Error 22.512.14 refers to "Time out on preheat exit sensor". Probable bad preheater. Is the paper crinkled or wrinkled? If so use a heavier paper stock. This symptom can also be a result of a paper path motor begining to fail. p/n 147-0180-02

Error 22.506.06 is a "multi-pick" error. Did you find paper in the front door and lower tray at the same time? Replace the pick roller clutch, p/n 401-0808-02.

Thanks for the response.

I put the printer in peaces again and found a "sensor" (whats the name in english?)that was broken behind on the left in the preheter.
Now the printer is working but I have to print in enhanced mode otherwise the print is fuzzy (suddig in swedish).
What to do? I want to print in standard mode for the most.
