We seem to have an e-mail address (sales@.com) that accepts messages and delivers them to the mailboxes of everyone in the Sales group. But for the life of me I cannot find this e-mail address anywhere in the Domino Admin. It doesn't correspond to any people or mail file. Is it an alias? Does anybody know where I can find it to perform an edit?
I recently upgraded our Domino server from 5 to 6.3 Thanks for any suggestions!

Do you perhaps have a group with this address where all members of 'Sales' are listed?

I thought of that and checked, but I don't see any e-mail addresses associated with groups. Does anybody know if there is a way to text search the entire server document?

In the configuration document for your server (or the default configuration doc) in the nab, go to the Router/SMTP-Basics page.
By default the address lookup field is set to 'Fullname then local part'. this means that when an email is sent to sales@yourdomain.com the server first tries to find this address in the domino directory, if there's no match it will look for 'sales'.

If you change this field to 'Fullname only' it will only deliver to email address that are actually defined in the address book.

keep in mind though that if you have for example three domains that you want to receive mail on, you'll have to define your email address for all three domains in your person document.
The address in the internet address field will be used as primary for outbound mail, the other you can add to the fullname/username field (at the bottom).
