I have a custom toolbar that I created with buttons that run macros. Every once in a while this toolbar is deleted. It only takes 5-10 minutes to recreate it, but it is annoying. Does anyone have any ideas? P.S. The toolbar is not just hidden, it is actually deleted. It does not show up in View-Toolbars.

Mysterious disappearing toolbar in Excel XP 1

No idea how, but your xlb file is probably getting refreshed somehow. Create your custom toolbar. find the xlb file make a copy and rename it. When the toolbar disappears copy it back as an xlb file and re-start excel. if that's the case, some troubleshooting will needed to find out why your xlb file is changing.
