MySQL on NT w/Coldfusion

Hi, I've been able to make this work, but only when I set the user in the windows DSN to "Root". Isn't this a big security issue?

I always came up with errors accessing the datasource if I set the username in the DSN to anything other than "Root".

Any ideas?

Is the other username has access to MySQL?
If no then you must configure the other username to have access in your MySQL.
