Hi,

I have 2 servers. 1 has 150 different DNS entries (150 different domains). I have another server which I have MySQLBind. I am now entering all the entries from the 1st server to the second server manually. Is there somewhere in the seond server where I can just view the mysql table and sort of do an "import" from the 1st server? This dat entry process is too long.

Basically I want to copy all the DNS entries from 1 server to thesecond server in the mysql table.

Please help

Thanks,
JJ

Best asked in the MySQL forum.

If they're both MySQLBind, then try mysqldump and import it into the 2nd server. If not, I'd put the zone files in a spreadsheet and create INSERT statements.

Unfortunately they're not. How would I put the zone files in a spreadsheet?

Thanks,
JJ
