When I log on, or anyone else logs on the "MySite" link is not there. I thought that it would be there by default. If it is somehow turned off, I can not find where to turn it back on.
I am a little closer on this. I put the name of my web application in the "my site settings" area under shared services settings in central administration. The My Site link now shows up.
Now I get the following error message: "Your Personal site cannot be created because the managed path "personal" has not been created for this site".
