Myportal to go on Smartphone

hi All,

How to config extension for my portal to go on smartphone can register with openscape Business X5,X8 and call via 3G/4G network.

Setup an IP user with an IP license and a UC license.
Set the UC password.
Put the credentials into MyPortal app
You will need WAN IP setting and ports opened on your router.

My portal to go connect via Wlan --> Ok

When i change to 3G network
My portal to go connect via 3G--> VoiP status "Invalid cell connection

If no data connection to OpenScape Business exists, the myPortal to go user can also access locally stored UC data such
as journal information via the myPortal to go app and make calls using GSM connections. However, no One Number
Service is available in this case.

Hi Samdue,

When change 3G network, my phone can access internet. But my portal to go display Voice status: Invalid cell connection.

Are you using MyPortal to go in conjunction with a desk phone or using it as a stand alone user?

Need more details because if you are trying to use it as a stand alone device using VoIP I'm almost 99% sure its not supported on GSM.

If you configure a mobility user in WLAN mode you can use myPortal to go
as VoIP phone when you have a WLAN connection and as GSM phone outside a WLAN.
You are reachable via one number.
