MyMicros Data Export

We are looking to get out data out of Mymicros for the past few years so a marketing company can do analytics on it. Does anyone have any experience with getting check level data from the past from them?

I have a script that i can provide later today (once i get home) that can pull data from the production database, not the mymicros database. Is your MyMicros hosted or is it an onsite server? What version of micros?

We are using res 3700 version 5.2 right now and will be upgrading to 5.5 soon. The only place I can find full check level detail in is the mymicros environment but I cannot find anyone on the oracle team that will do a data dump of our database for us.

Is your mymicros data hosted or do you have it onsite on a server? If it is hosted, then you may be out of luck. You could create a list of transactions with their totals and copy that into excel, or even a menu item report. If you have mymicros onsite on a server, i may be able to help (assuming that the database is in SQL)

I haven't pulled data straight out of 3700 in a long time, so i would have to spend time refreshing myself in that area.
