MY SQL NEED HELP! Loading a text file

Hi i was wondering, if someone could help me.
I have installed mysql in the root directory of c:
i have also created a text file with all the sql tables in my database into a single file.

what i have done is copied this text file into the bin directory c:\mysql\bin\sql.txt

What i want to do is basically - run one single text file automatically in say a batch file and therefore create all the different tables for the database.

CAN ANYONE HELP
i know that when i go into the bin directory
directory c:\mysql\bin\mysql
I am supposed to type
>mysql
>create mydatabase
>use mydatabase

and then i am supposed to load the files i would like all of it done in a batch file or some sort of script it is for installation purposes can anyone help!!!!
