I have recently installed Visio Professional 2003 SP1. Everything appears to be working except for one killer problem. When I click in File, then Shapes, the first item listed is My Shapes, then followed by numerous others. Hovering the mouse over any of these other items provides a list of shapes, etc. that I can open. However, the My Shapes folder will not show any items. The My Shapes folder exists in the default location in My Documents that Visio created upon install and is populated with various shapes, etc. I can go to My Shapes through explorer and click on any shape and it opens up within Visio. So I'm stumped. Any thoughts/suggestions on how to make Visio display what is available would be appreciated.
Thanks

You could try a Windows search for 'My Shapes'. It's possible that the default location changed between versions and you have 2 folders in different places

Thank you for the reply but that didn't work. The My Shapes folder is where it should be, and there is only one. Anyone else have any ideas?

Thanks
