My server can only boot in safe mode

What can i do if my server can't boot from a normal startup ? I had all unnecessary services stopped and even the network adapters were disabled.

Looking for some tips troubleshooting this problem...

What does it do when you try to boot into regular mode?

It hangs at the 'starting windows' screen (with a status bar showing the progress).

I know there is an optin in 98 I'm not 100% sure about 2000 or higher, but try loading step by step where it asks you what want to load and not load. Keep pressing yes untill it locks up, reboot, next time around press nNo, well you get the idea.

Also, have you removed (not just stopped) extra cards? remove everything except the video card, see if it boots, if so add a card, try again.

Hit F8 before it starts loading sage mode. Try last known good configuration.
Have you installed any new software or drivers lately? Windows updates?
