Once a report is "given" to the Windows printing subsystem (Spooler, etc.) there is nothing you can do programmatically. Did you change the server, change the spooler configuration, make network changes?
Do a search in the keywords section... I had the same problem with W2000 and FPD26 which was solved by adding one line of code set printer to after each print instruction...
