from time and then my pc(2kpro) shutdown and restart from it self and west my unsaved work ....

Are there any Error- or Warning-Entries in the eventlog??
Which ServicePack is installed??
Does the restart happens everytime in the same application(s) Office? Saving something??
Give me some more details for your problem.

I have had this same problem a number of times with 2kpro. Each time has been after installing new drivers - most notably Konica printer drivers (but others also). Uninstalling problem driver and getting the latest version has cured the issue each time.
