My Inbox is gone

My Inbox is gone. I am viewing my new emails by looking in All Documents. Our IT support has yet been able to help me.

Any ideas?

I have seen similar things - like the contents of all the folders dissapearing. I dont know why this happens, but I shut down the database or the client (cant remember which) and restart the client or open the database again and it is all ok. You may also want to get you notes admin to run fixup on the database in question.
 
If for instance a users inbox goes missing or the 'New Memo toolbar buttons disappear

resulting in 'Error loading USE or USELSX module' or similar.

You can restore this by doing the following.
1) Select the offending database on the server

2)Click > File > Database > Replace Deisgn

3) Next, pick a relevant template for that user(according to the Client version
they are using eg. 4.1, 4.5, etc.

This will then restore the default desktop settings.
 
A refresh of the database design would also restore the missing Inbox
