i like it man..loop works well..the roll overs on the menu buttons are tight..i like that alot..i tend to stay away from the darker colors but that is just me..only thing i would fix is the black text thats at the bottom of the page next to the word supermodel..that is all i can make of that..also the scrolling text at the bottom..could make those buttons a little more distinguished..

good luck............

Thanks man. I agree with you the dark colors are hard to make out on that text .. and the buttons are a bit small.

Did you check out the links?

yup, everything is working well except the two you mentioned..one more thing i noticed is that for the scroll you have on the bottom of the page you have it where on rollover it scrolls the text..in the bio and portfolio you have it on press..make up your mind :)

A few quick comments...
Nice design! Checked it out at my usual resolution which is 1024*768, and I would of made the whole thing a bit smaller, to eliminate at least at that recommended size, both the vertical and horizontal scrollbars. Would make for a general cleaner and slicker display.
Noticed a shift at the end of the preloaders, at least on the right filling model, and would recommend you change your code on the first frame of that preloader, so that we don't see a flash frame of the preloader on subsequent visits after the first.
Also noticed, if that was the intention, that the speaker icon which would normally toogle sound on & off, ain't workin'!
Some confusion also on the lower buttons... Once the auction button has been hit, the user can't get rid of that screen, and some other buttons pressed may stay highlighted eventhough another one was pressed. Some code optomizing needed there also.

Sorry if I've been a little too critical, and in the end, I must congratulate you for going that far. Although Virt2001 (BTW Carl are you going to change your handle to Virt2002 now?), has legitimately and so often challenged me to post some of my own sites, I have never had the guts to do it, and for that matter, I've never went as far as you've gone in designing this site of your's... And I must say, I'm impressed! Keep up the good work, and if you need any help on the above problems, I'd be glad to help you out in any way I can.

Best wishes,

Oldnewbie,

I appreciate your comments very helpful. The speaker was there to let the users know it was a sound option, but your right I should throw a toggle on there to turn it on/off. The Model movin a bit is no good I will have to fix that for sure. To unload the auction popup the "X" in the top right corner on the Blue Bar should unload it but perhaps I should make that a bit bigger. I do like the idea to make it a bit smaller so the scroll bars are eliminated. I think I was askin for problems when I design with 1280 by 1024 resolution. Once again Thanks for your help.

Just re-checked it, and this time, saw the top blue bar with the closing "x"... But I swear it wasn't there on the first run! Did you just add it?
And btw, the left filling model does shift slightly also upon filling up.

the blue bar was there the whole time old..it's that aging thing and vision problems coming into play now..but that's ok, your still the best..even though your getting old and falling apart..and virt2002 isn't a bad idea..

Well...
I may not have seen the top blue bar the first time around, but I can assure you, I saw all the other nice rounded shapes... So my sight shouldn't be questioned!

lol...indeed..was hard to pay attention the the design..it could have been static html, all the same color and it still would be a great site..shallow i know, shallow..

I am new to Flash. I was wondering if you guys/gals know of a website which may offer some sort of tutorials to rookies. It will be appreciated.

Thanks a bunch.
