I am going to attempt my first collection/query and wanted to get some advise from the Pros. I need to get a list together that shows all machines that do NOT have version 9 of Symantec Antivirus installed. Should I go straight to reports? Do I need to start with a query or a collection? It appears to me that I can do a query, then work this query in a collection. Maybe I can go straight to a report? Can I specify a program type and say "show only non ver. 9 system?
Sorry for all the questions but I am trying to find out the most effective and direct way to handle a request like this.
