My first backup!!!!

I'm only starting with SQL Server 7.0, and I would really appreciate if someone could help me, telling me how to make a complete backup of a database in SQL Server 7.0.

In Enterprise Manager, Click on your database once. On the right hand side you will see a series of links, select "Backup Database". When you do so, you will be given the option of a complete database backup as well as indicating the media you would like to store the backup.

In Enterprise Manager, under the tools on top create a maintenance plan for the entre DB
