my filters are gone?

the filters are gone, and cant get them back, i only have a copple of filters still actief, blur, distort en so on. no artistic, brushstrokes en...

i have opent a older pic i creatid and i can only change my text to any filters, but not thebackground i cant select???

i have opend a new file, and still i can only select a copple of the filters, i have reistald it, and still nothing. greets

Are your filters gone or you just cant use them.?
Most filters requirer the image to be RGB.
If the filters are gone your best bet would be to reload photoshop.
