I am as fresh as possible to this telephone system. We have the Partner Mail VS VMS Release 1 installed, and we recently created my line in the system (read: telephone technician set this up). I just added my new voicemail box using the xx#yyyy# Login and subsequently accessing the VM settings from there. I set the greeting from my extension, and it plays back fine. However, when calls are transferred to my extension, it rings indefinitely, and never goes to voicemail. Is this a possible hardware defect, or does anyone know what could possibly be the solution to this issue?
