My Computer icon on the desktop won't open after a double click. Can still open drives using a right click and explore though. This happened after a force password reset by checking the box "Password reset required after next login" in the users properties in Active Directory on the Domain. The user account is a Super User. Could this be because the user was logged in at the local workstation and the account was just locked or an active terminal server session was taking place when the user logged back in and changed password? Or is it just the explorer.exe being silly and needs a reboot? I haven't been able to contact the user yet to see if a reboot has been done.

Open explorer - Tools/Folder options
