we upgraded to the latest version of CallPilot 4 last August, would the My CallPilot cd and applications be included in this or does the My CallPilot feature require special keycodes and packages to add to the CallPilot/Option81 that we are running?

The install CD typically comes with the CallPilot software and doesn't require any licenses. You should typically install MyCallPilot on a seperate server and you will need to enable the use of it in the class of service for your various mailboxes.
