My call pilot fax mail boxes

The MCP server goes down at least 3 times a day causing the fax mail box users heartburn. Has anyone else out there experienced this with the application? We have loaded the software on 5 different boxes, so we know it is not the hardware.

Does anyone out there use MCP for faxing?

I have a small group of folks that have Mac's using the MyCallPilot to send faxes and have not experienced this situation you reported but like I say it is only about 5 people using it....

On a typical day, 30,000 faxes are being sent, received, and processed. Nortel can not tell us why this is occurring.
