Hi Team,
i have an issuw, sometime or time to time different line(telephone direct line from service provider) hangs in our TLP11 and it gives msg 'the number you have dialed can not be reached at the moment) when we call athe line directly to check the line status.
in mxone it will show as speech/busy forever until i remove the service provider's direct line (copper) and reconnect on the board after a short pause. service provider told its issue with pabx.
I need to know if any line shows busy for long time in TLP11 what command can i put to release the line? block-deblock command seems to be not working as it shows deblock/block pending.

yes i can physically remove the direct line which hanged and reconnect and it will work but i would rather like to provide a command remotely to release the line.
any such command do they have to free the line again?
