Before this ext can log on DM, but have some problems when using it can't continue to log on SeC.

I did delete this ext IPEXE, GEDIE and create again, but it don't help:

Hi Parnum,

I have problem with Ecare, as inform from user, when they're using DM suddenly they force log out, and when log on again it have notice " DM can not monitor private line, DM can not continue". I have to restart Ecare server, and this ext. can log on again. No problem with network cable,...

Can you give me some advices in this?
Thanks

Hi Aurthur,

Check applink trace in OAS when DM fails to logon, I think you get NACK from TSW, so check you have latest SP/HF applied, looks like OAS fault.

your solidus problems are related to the LIM restart due to high traffic load (see your other thread).

Daddy is correct, your eventual fix will be in the TSW as well as making sure OAS is up to date, if you get the NACK in applink trace.
