Technical Gurus,
First of all, i'm a beginner in MX-ONE. Had prior knowledge with Panasonic PBX system, but this MX-ONE system is a whole different beast to conquer.
Case:
I inherited an MX-ONE (v5 sp3) in my work place.
If i receive a DID (DDI) SIP call from outside (external), whenever i want to transfer the call the second time, the external line is disconnected.
Flow:
A calls B through SIP trunk.
B picks up. B transfers call to C. C is busy or not picking up.
B transfers (2nd transfer) call to D. A got disconnected when B presses the Transfer button.
What makes this more interesting is that, this appears to happen randomly. Sometimes the call got disconnected, sometimes it don't. I tried tracing the extension when the disconnection happens (trace -dir xxx), but i'm overwhelmed by the information in the trace file.
