MX-one TSE, restriction for analog phone 1

I have MX-ONE TSE, and I want to create a new restriction for one of my analog phone, that it can dial only 10 outside numbers, what is the way to make, I am still new, and if there is document to read it will be perfect

Create Common Abbreviated numbers.

the common Abbreviated numbers are for all extensions, or just one, because I need it for only one extension

it's for all, but u can restrict by Class.
