MX-ONE TSE Loss of dial tone

Hi!

I have a MX-ONE TSE 4.1 sp1.
Now suddenly we lost the external dial tone when dialing to a SIP-trunk from analog and digital extensions. On IP-extensions external dial tone is ok. Internal dial tone is ok on all extensions.
No changes was made in the system or in PSTN.
I have tried to restart the TMU-boards.

When testing fttdi:lim=1;

FUNCTION TEST (T) NOK
LIM 001 TEST NOT POSSIBLE TO RUN

Problem fixed by restart of the system.

--> fttdi:lim=1;

Have anybody some explanation or advice how to solve the problem next time?

Normally, if you will be faced again with the same situation you need to update the system to SP4 hf1 (latest one currently) and all the cards to thelatest firmware. After that, if the same problem is happening than you could contact with Aastra through their reseller/distributor in your market.
