Hi all,

I read a lot in this forum about configuring RightFax and voice messaging but I'm not able to.

I need to configure 1 lines, for example 40100.

Steps:
1º Create 40100 (analog extension for voice)
2º Create 40101 (analog extension for fax)
3º Create empty GH (GHGMI) with diversion to OneBox. i don't know how do. My OneBox have a Voice Mail Group Data 74500(I see with VMGEP) with 40 Generic Voice Mail Data. Help me with this step.

I trying to diversion 40100 to 74500 is correct?

Thank you.

Create a user in OneBox, e.g. 40100 and set in the Answering pane the fax number 40101.
Create a call_list or empty GH group in the MD110 or MX-ONE to point (CDINI) the voice mail group (VMGEP).
Forward or use CDINI for your calls to the extension 40100 (voice) to go to the OneBox.
The empty group with CDINI to the OneBox (74500) will transfer your fax calls to the extension 40101 (fax) to go to the OneBox first then to the RightFax. In the fax pane of the user 40100 in OneBox write the data for the user (e-mail etc.).
Then it works.

Hi doktor,

I understand:

1º Create 40100 (analog extension for voice)
2º Create 40101 (analog extension for fax)
3º Create a user in OneBox, e.g. 40100 and set in the Answering pane the fax number 40101
4º Create a empty group with CDINI to the OneBox (74500)

so far I think is right

5º You say: "Forward or use CDINI for your calls to the extension 40100 (voice) to go to the OneBox.". ¿I create a diversion of 40100 to "the new empty GH create in step 4?

Thanks for you help doktor!

Yooh.
4º Create a empty group with CDINI to the OneBox (74500)

This means that you must initiate an empty GH group (GH group without members) and the number for this group should be 40101.
GHGRI is the command. Make a diversion to the OneBox goup number: 74500.
Then it works alright.

Ok, this goes...

Now, when i send a fax to 40101 listen: "sorry, there aren't fax lines free. Try it later"

I created a user in OneBox (40100) and set in the Answering pane the fax number 40101 (type fax) and in the fax pane (routing) TCP:192.171.6.201/40100//40100. Automatically 40101 appear in Rightfax.

What can be happening?

Work Servers.

* You will need to configure 2 x Workservers for Telephony Server Routing to work. For testing, you can use Workservers 1 & 2 for this.

o WORKSERVER 1 - Enable Telephony Server Routing - Route Documents should be enabled. Enter the IP address of the OneBox Server in the server field and set the protocol to TCP/IP.
o WORKSERVER 2 - Enable Telephony Server Routing - DO NOT enable Route Documents, leave this unchecked. Enter the IP address of the OneBox Server in the server field and set the protocol to TCP/IP.
o Set the Service Account on the Workserver to use your RightFAX domain login account. Make sure you select the Load Users option to ensure your using the correct domain account.

AND:
An example of this for a OneBox server with an IP address of 192.168.1.1 with a FAX Routing CP of 5000 for Subscriber 1234 would be: TCP:192.168.1.1/5000//1234

Let me know if you need additional help.
Post some screen dumps - for further help.

Hi doktor,

Yes, 192.171.6.201 is OneBox.

48414 is voice extension and 48415 the alternative (fax type)

I did what you said with workserver and the cp, look at the captures

Let me know if you need more captures.

Thank you

Does it work?

Otherwise add two work servers - copy work server 1 settings to work server 3 and 4.
The IP address in the work server should be the OneBox IP address.

From the screen dumps it looks allright.

If i t still does not work - disable the firewall in both RightFax and OneBox.

Just use Callprocessor 00000 for the RightFax.

Enter the Telephony Server routing information.
For Named Pipes use 'NP:servername/source-mailbox/source-password/dest-mailbox'
For TCP/IP use 'TCP:servername/source-mailbox/source-password/dest-mailbox'

TCP:192.171.6.201/00000/40100
This is: Ip address for OneBox/Callprocessor 00000 / OneBox user mailbox.

Now it should work...
