Hi all,

I have an extension that can only dial internally. But I need to allow it dial external numbers for one hour of the day? Any ideas?

there is a way.

it involves:

abbreviated dialing + Least Cost Routing, Time of Day function.

if you don't have Alex, I will try to get you throug the hoops.

what type of extension.... IP, analogue, digital???

Don't have Alex but I've done a bit on ABB dialing and have LCR configured on the system. Any further help with this would be much appreciated!?
